TaskAgent Privacy Policy

TaskAgent helps users manage tasks, daily routines, categories, reminders, profile preferences, and optional Premium status. This policy explains what information the app handles and how it is used.
Information we collect
- Account information: email address, Firebase user ID, display name, and profile preferences.
- User content: tasks, notes, subtasks, categories, and completion history that you add to the app.
- Subscription information: Premium plan state and purchase status used to unlock paid features.
- Device permissions: notifications for task reminders.
How we use information
- To provide task management, reminders, cloud sync, profile settings, and Premium features.
- To authenticate users and protect each user's data from other users.
- To respond to support, privacy, or account deletion requests.
Third-party services
TaskAgent uses Firebase Authentication and Cloud Firestore. These services are provided by Google Firebase and process account data and app data so the app can sync across devices.
Data sharing and sale
TaskAgent does not sell personal data and does not use third-party advertising SDKs. Data is shared with Firebase only as needed to provide authentication and database functionality.
Retention and deletion
We keep account and task data while your account is active. You can delete your account and app data in the app from Profile > Legal > Account and Data Deletion, or review the Account Deletion page for details. Some records may be retained for a limited time when required for security, fraud prevention, billing records, or legal obligations.
Children
TaskAgent is not intended for children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Üçüncü taraf servisler
TaskAgent Firebase Authentication ve Cloud Firestore kullanır. Bu servisler Google Firebase tarafından sağlanır ve hesabın ve uygulama verilerinin cihazlar arasında eşitlenmesini sağlar.
Veri paylaşımı ve satış
TaskAgent kişisel verileri satmaz ve üçüncü taraf reklam SDK'sı kullanmaz. Veriler yalnızca kimlik doğrulama ve veritabanı işlevleri için Firebase ile paylaşılır.
Saklama ve silme
Hesap ve görev verilerini hesabın aktif olduğu süre boyunca saklarız. Hesabını ve uygulama verilerini uygulamada Profil > Yasal > Hesap ve Veri Silme yolundan silebilir veya detaylar için Hesap Silme sayfasını inceleyebilirsin. Güvenlik, dolandırıcılık önleme, faturalama kaydı veya yasal yükümlülükler için bazı kayıtlar sınırlı süreyle saklanabilir.
Çocuklar
TaskAgent 13 yaş altı çocuklara yönelik değildir ve 13 yaş altı çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz.
